Staked $SSC earns rewards proportional to lock duration: longer locks receive a higher multiplier on the base reward rate, paid continuously over the lock period rather than at maturity only.
Principal unlocks on a per-lot basis at the end of each lock's term; rewards can be claimed independently of principal, so stakers are not forced to exit a position to access accrued yield.
