Core contracts (presale, staking, affiliate) are deployed on Ethereum mainnet and are non-upgradeable by default for the funds-handling paths — allowance-based transfers, tiered caps and reentrancy guards are enforced at the contract level rather than relying on off-chain checks alone.

Every issuance carries KYC/AML gating at the distribution layer and a legal wrapper reference tying the on-chain token back to the underlying asset's real-world legal structure, so compliance is part of the token's metadata rather than a separate off-chain process.
